Appointment of Michael Ferraro as Independent Director Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited (ASX: RWC) (“RWC” or “the Company”) announces that it has appointed Michael Ferraro as an independent non-executive director effective 3 September 2026.

Mr. Ferraro is an experienced leader in manufacturing, energy and resources, gained through working with global businesses and has deep experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He was assessed as having the appropriate skill set to complement the Board following an extensive search process.

Mr Ferraro was the CEO of Alumina Limited until its acquisition by Alcoa Corporation by way of scheme of arrangement in 2024. 

He is currently a director of Firmus Grid, Australian Red Cross, Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd and chairperson of The CEO Circle, a membership organisation which brings executives and CEO’s together to share ideas and experiences.

His previous roles also include director of Helloworld Travel Limited, Chief Legal Counsel for BHP Billiton and Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills. He is based in Melbourne, Australia.
